Privacy Policy – Vizo Scanner

Effective date: 21 October 2026

This privacy policy applies to the Vizo Scanner app (formerly Easy Scanner, package id.sch.smkn3bjb.easyscanner) for Android, created by Khusairi (the "Developer"). The app is free and supported by ads.

Your documents stay on your device

• Camera: the app uses the camera only to capture the documents you scan.
• Photos: when you import from the gallery, the app uses the Android system photo picker and can only read the photos you select. It does not request access to your whole photo library.
• Scanned images and the PDFs created from them are stored only in the app's private storage on your device. They are not uploaded to any server owned by the Developer.
• Documents leave your device only when you choose to share them (for example via WhatsApp or email) using Android's share menu.
• Scanning uses the document scanner provided by Google Play services, and cropping, filters and edge detection are done by the app itself. All of this processing runs on your device; your images are not sent to any cloud or AI service.

Information the Developer collects

None. The app has no account or sign-in, and the Developer does not operate a server that receives your data. App settings such as your language choice are stored only on your device.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may automatically collect information such as:

• your device's advertising ID,
• IP address and approximate location derived from it,
• device and operating system information,
• interactions with ads (for example views and clicks).

This data is processed by Google under its own policies: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Your choices:

• Users in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, and can change their choice at any time in the app under Settings → Ad privacy options.
• On any Android device you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and the Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact the Developer.

Deleting your data

You can delete individual documents inside the app. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all documents and settings stored by the app on your device. For data collected by Google for advertising, see the Google links above.

Security

Documents are kept in the app's private storage, which other apps cannot access. Data sent to Google for ads is transmitted over encrypted connections.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes are published on this page with a new effective date.

Kebijakan Privasi – Vizo Scanner

Kebijakan privasi ini berlaku untuk aplikasi Vizo Scanner (sebelumnya Easy Scanner, paket id.sch.smkn3bjb.easyscanner) untuk Android, yang dibuat oleh Khusairi ("Pengembang"). Aplikasi ini gratis dan didukung iklan.

Dokumen Anda tetap di perangkat Anda

• Kamera: aplikasi memakai kamera hanya untuk memotret dokumen yang Anda pindai.
• Foto: saat mengambil dari galeri, aplikasi memakai pemilih foto sistem Android dan hanya dapat membaca foto yang Anda pilih. Aplikasi tidak meminta akses ke seluruh galeri Anda.
• Gambar hasil pindai dan PDF yang dibuat hanya disimpan di penyimpanan pribadi aplikasi di perangkat Anda, dan tidak diunggah ke server milik Pengembang.
• Dokumen hanya keluar dari perangkat jika Anda sendiri membagikannya (misalnya lewat WhatsApp atau email) melalui menu bagikan Android.
• Pemindaian memakai pemindai dokumen dari layanan Google Play, sedangkan crop, filter, dan deteksi tepi dilakukan oleh aplikasi sendiri. Semua pemrosesan ini berjalan di perangkat Anda; gambar Anda tidak dikirim ke layanan cloud atau AI mana pun.

Iklan (Google AdMob)

Aplikasi menampilkan iklan dari Google AdMob. Untuk menampilkan dan mengukur iklan, Google dapat mengumpulkan secara otomatis informasi seperti:

• ID iklan perangkat Anda,
• alamat IP dan perkiraan lokasi yang diturunkan darinya,
• informasi perangkat dan sistem operasi,
• interaksi dengan iklan (misalnya tayangan dan klik).

Data ini diproses oleh Google sesuai kebijakannya sendiri: Kebijakan Privasi Google dan Cara Google menggunakan informasi dari aplikasi yang memakai layanannya.

Pilihan Anda:

• Pengguna di Kawasan Ekonomi Eropa, Inggris, dan Swiss akan dimintai persetujuan sebelum iklan yang dipersonalisasi ditampilkan, dan dapat mengubah pilihan kapan saja di aplikasi melalui Pengaturan → Pilihan privasi iklan.
• Di perangkat Android mana pun, Anda dapat mereset atau menghapus ID iklan melalui Setelan Android → Privasi → Iklan.

Anak-anak

Aplikasi ini tidak ditujukan untuk anak di bawah 13 tahun, dan Pengembang tidak dengan sengaja mengumpulkan informasi pribadi dari anak-anak. Jika Anda yakin seorang anak telah memberikan informasi pribadi melalui aplikasi, silakan hubungi Pengembang.

Menghapus data Anda

Anda dapat menghapus dokumen satu per satu di dalam aplikasi. Menghapus (uninstall) aplikasi akan menghapus secara permanen semua dokumen dan pengaturan yang disimpan aplikasi di perangkat Anda. Untuk data yang dikumpulkan Google untuk iklan, lihat tautan Google di atas.

Keamanan

Dokumen disimpan di penyimpanan pribadi aplikasi yang tidak dapat diakses aplikasi lain. Data yang dikirim ke Google untuk iklan dikirim melalui koneksi terenkripsi.

Perubahan kebijakan

Kebijakan ini dapat diperbarui dari waktu ke waktu. Perubahan akan dipublikasikan di halaman ini beserta tanggal berlaku yang baru.
